Shipping Policy
Thank you for supporting our family farm! We’re a small, family-run operation located a good distance from town, so our shipping schedule may look a little different than a large online retailer.
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of our rural location, weather, farm responsibilities, and carrier schedules, some days of the week work better for shipping than others. We may occasionally hold an order for an extra day or two if we believe doing so will help it reach you more safely or avoid unnecessary time in transit over a weekend.
Perishable Orders
For beef and other perishable products, getting your order to you safely is our priority. We carefully package frozen products for shipping and schedule shipments with transit time in mind. Because of this, perishable orders may not ship immediately after they are placed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Shipping Delays
While we do everything we can to get orders out promptly, delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally happen.
If there is ever an issue with your shipment—especially if a perishable product arrives in questionable condition—please contact us right away. We want you to feel confident ordering food from our family and will work with you to make things right.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and for choosing to support Triple T!
